Our family style catering option is best for gatherings of all occasions, whether it is for holidays, family events, birthdays, office caterings, weddings, showers, or just a  large carryout meal. 


The food is sold by the pound and will be ready to eat upon  pickup, unless you request otherwise.


This option is available for any size group - large or small - and is available for pick-up only.

We offer same-day orders or advanced ordering. If you're ordering for more than 15 people, we require a 24 hour notice. You can order by  calling 513-975-0440.

FAQs

Is sauce included in pricing:

Yes, BBQ sauce is included with all smoked meats. Choice of wing sauce includes BBQ, Buffalo, Spicy Parmesan Garlic, Mango Habanero, Salt & Vinegar Dry Rub, and Cajun Dry Rub.


Why is some of the meat pink:

... Because it was smoked! This is especially true for our chicken and chicken wings. As we smoke our chicken at a lower temperature for a much longer period  of time, the myoglobin doesn’t fully break down. This creates a pink  tinge to the meat.   

This doesn’t mean it’s undercooked, just that  it’s been smoked. We probe all of our chickens during smoking AND frying to ensure ure  they have hit an internal temperature of 165 degrees before it arrives to you.


How should I reheat my food:

Pre-heat oven to 225 degrees. Place pan in oven  with the metal lid on. If given a plastic lid or a non-metal container,  replace it with  an oven safe dish and lid. Stir occasionally. Heat to 165° prior to serving.

1–4 lbs: 30 minutes 

5–9 lbs: 45 minutes 

10lbs or more: 60 minutes+

Are cutlery kits and plates included:

No. We can provide this for $.40 per person.


Do you deliver:

Not at this time. 


Do you offer full-service catering:

No, however, we are happy to host on-site events or prepare large carry-out orders.


Do you offer other menu items:

Yes, but not for carry-out catering. However, we have a special catering menu for events hosted on-site at Redwine & Co.
